NAVYX SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing time may vary during campaigns, public holidays, product launches, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. WEST MALAYSIA SHIPPING
Orders shipped to West Malaysia are currently eligible for free standard shipping.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
1–2 business days, depending on the courier and delivery location.
3. EAST MALAYSIA SHIPPING
Shipping charges and eligibility for free shipping to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan are calculated and displayed at checkout.
The amount shown at checkout will be the applicable shipping fee for the order.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.
Actual delivery may be affected by:
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• High parcel volume
• Remote delivery locations
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
NavyX cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their:
• Name
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Postcode
are entered correctly before submitting the order.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once an order has been fulfilled and tracking information is available, customers may receive tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout.
Tracking updates are managed by the relevant courier company.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel appears to be lost, damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact NavyX Customer Service with:
• Order number
• Tracking number
• Relevant photos or supporting information
We will assist in checking the shipment with the courier.
